6. Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Dancefloor. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

7. Fees and Payments

Dancefloor is currently a free platform for both users and hosts. We do not charge fees for creating accounts, browsing events, or hosting events. Individual event hosts may charge admission fees for their events, which are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

8. Disclaimers

Dancefloor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of event information posted by hosts. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or hosts, or for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur at events.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dancefloor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at any events.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms
